I have a builder client who has just started work on a new project in West Seattle. The view from the property of Puget Sound and the Olympic Mountains is stunning[%readmore%] and virtually un-blockable. The house needs major rework, which Kevin Miller of KHM Construction, is excellent at accomplishing. In the spring of 2010 he completed another project (this one was in Ballard) which had superior finishes and sold in 7 days. Here are a few photos of the initial demolition activities:
